Jesus IS Lord and This Is His World!

The Blessings of God are based upon our obedience to Him. Because salvation is a free gift that none of us can earn by works, we all fail to realize and see the need for obedience to God, His Word and His Spirit.

“How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? If every angel receives a reward based upon their obedience to God, then how come we think we have salvation without obedience?

The Scripture says, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus. We are saved by the blood of Jesus, but His blood is not applied to us if we do not obey God.

Jesus said; why do you call me Lord and do not the things that I say. This people draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.

The Scriptures are full of the blessings of God poured out upon a people who will obey the gospel.

The day of vengeance is coming upon the people who know not God and upon the people who have not obeyed God.

So I hope you will examine yourselves and prove your own selves and see if you have a saving faith or a false faith.

Head belief is far too real in our Christian faith today. The Word even says that the devil believes and trembles. So our believing can only be proven and tested by our obedience or disobedience.

“Jesus said; not every one that says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my father which is in heaven.”

Jesus again said I did not come to destroy the law, but to establish it. Beware of anyone that tells you that you can be lawless and be saved.

The Scriptures teach us if we meditate in the Word of god day and night, then we shall make our way prosperous and find good success.

Even our Lord Jesus had to learn the way to please God was to be obedience. “Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered.”

Obedience is a key to heavens gates and windows.

“If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity.” (Job 36:11)

“If you be willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land. (Isaiah 1:19)

If God’s people would obey him then his promises are yeah and amen. But without obedience we make His promises to us void.

“But that my people would have listened to me. I would have feed them with the finest of wheat: and with honey out of the rock I would have satisfied them. I would have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries.”

“It is the will of God that we prosper and be in good health, even as our SOUL prospers.” Our SOUL must obey God to prosper. We can live in God’s economics or mans. Right now mans economic world is crashing, but God is the same, yesterday, today and forever to them that will walk upright before him and obey and serve him in the hard times.

“And you shall serve (obey) the Lord your God, and he will bless thy bread and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

We ought to be about our fathers business and obeying God rather than man.

To obey God is said to be better than all other sacrifices.

If you will give in these hard times and put God first in your tithes and offerings then His promise to you is that he will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing upon you that you do not have room enough to receive.

I’ve seen churches and people cut back on their giving because of the bad economic times we are in.  Be careful what you see and do in these hard times. If you quit sowing then you will quit reaping God’s blessings.

If we obey God his Word says it will be well with us and also with our children. (Duet: 7:12, 28:1) So God says our obedience blesses our children also.

God also says that our service and obedience to him can lengthen our days. Read Zeh: 3:7)

“Whosever looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues there in, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.” I John 3:22

“Blessed are they that do his commandment’s, that they may have right to the tree of life. “ (Rev: 3:22)

Obedience to God is the foundation of our Christian character.

“Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him to man who built his house upon a rock.” Mt: 7:24)

“Therefore whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, sister and mother.” Mt: 12:50

Obedience is essential to be member of God’s family.

Now how shall we escape if we neglect to obey God who has given his best and all for us to be saved.
